Kidney function to filter waste from the blood and remove it along with the urine. Unfortunately, there are many foods bad for kidneys that can lead to chronic renal failure and acute kidney failure. Many people are not aware of the dangers of these foods and continue to consume up to kidney damage.

1. Meat.

Consuming too much meat can cause kidney damage. In fact, a diet high in protein can cause or aggravate kidney problems due to the metabolism of the animal protein in the meat can be incriminating kidney function, so the kidney trouble filtering body waste.

2. Salt.

Salt can harm your kidneys if added too much on food. As a result, the kidneys will respond by withholding water thins the electrolyte in blood flow. It can interfere with the function of the heart in pumping blood to the body.

3. Artificial Sweeteners.

Artificial sweeteners can harm the kidneys. Consuming artificial sweetener contained in soda, for example, could lose kidney function up to two times.

4. Carbonated Drinks.

Carbonated drinks (with or without artificial sweeteners) and other energy drinks can lead to the formation of kidney stones.

5. Caffeine.

Caffeine in coffee, tea, soda, and foods that contain caffeine can also overload the kidney function. The reason, caffeine can stimulate blood flow which can increase blood pressure and stress on the kidneys. Consuming caffeine in the long time also increases the risk of chronic kidney failure, obesity, diabetes, and the formation of kidney stones. However, the most important thing is to balance the diet with no excessive eating foods that are harmful to the kidneys and drink plenty of water.
