However, the health experts call, this can be related to certain health problems. What are the health problems that could cause these symptoms?

Whatever temperature of the water we drink, whether it is hot or cold will be immediately regulated to fit the internal temperature of the body. This means that, once entering the stomach or going out into the urine, the temperature will correspond to our body, not as we drink.

Causes of burning sensation when peeing

A burning sensation during urination or dysuria is often experienced by some people. This can happen both in males and females for various reasons.

The most common cause of dysuria is an infection or inflammation in the urinary tract. People who feel pain during urination also usually have the urge to urinate more often than usual.

Here are some causes of burning sensation when urinating:

Urinary tract infections (UTI)

Urinary tract infections (UTI) is the cause of urination to feel hot like burning. The most vulnerable women experience this infection, but men are equally at risk.

This infection occurs when the E. Coli bacteria enter the urinary tract, such as Eschericia coli.

In addition to the burning sensation when peeing, UTI also causes frequent urination, foul-smelling urine, and bloody pee.

If left untreated, the infection can spread to the kidneys or other body parts. UTIS can be treated with antibiotics.

Se**xually transmitted diseases

Dysuria may also appear in cases of se**xually transmitted diseases such as genital herpes, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. In such cases, the effect of burning will be accompanied by the onset of itching, blisters, or wounds.


Inflammation of any part of the urinary tract will cause the emergence of dysuria. Inflammation can occur for a variety of reasons such as interstitial cystitis, changes in vagi**nal structure related to menopause, the excessive use of vagi**nal cleansing fluid or sper**mides for men, or side effects of certain medications and tumors.

Yeast infections

The burning sensation that occurs when peeing is also a common symptom of a yeast infection that occurs due to the overgrowth of yeast in the vagi**na.

This infection is quite common, usually occurring in 3 of 4 women at some point in their lives and many people will experience it at least twice in their lives.

In addition to burning sensation during urination, there are also other symptoms of this condition.

Like the vulva and the vagi**na are itchy and irritated, the vulva is red and swollen, the vagi**na hurts, the rash around the vagi**na, and odorless discharge.

To avoid recurrent yeast infections, it recommends maintaining good hygiene, wearing cotton panties, and immediately replacing underwear after a workout or sweating.
