Here are some food or source of nutrients to prevent clogged arteries and good for the health of blood vessels and heart:

The fish.
Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which are the beneficial nutrients in regulating heart rate, increases blood circulation, keep your blood cholesterol, lowering triglycerides and slowing the buildup of plaque.

Green tea.
The antioxidants in green tea can increase the overall health conditions. Ranging from skin health, cancer prevention, control blood sugar and cholesterol.

Almond.
Almonds contain good fats, monounsaturated fat type. This fat lowering blood cholesterol, control blood sugar levels and contains vitamin E which is very good for the body.

Broccoli.
This green vegetables are rich in potassium which improves brain function, regulates blood pressure and increase muscle growth. Broccoli is also full of fiber that may help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Whole wheat.
Soluble fiber is found in oats, brown rice, and oatmeal have a balancing effect on blood cholesterol levels to keep the arteries clean.

The pomegranate.
Pomegranates contain phytochemicals that act as antioxidants to protect the lining of the arteries from damage.

Grape.
Grape contains many antioxidant compounds and a range of vitamins, because of its content, the grape can improve the work cells that facilitate blood circulation in the body, to prevent and reduce the risk of heart disease. The grapes are rich in carotenoids and lycopene is beneficial as a protection from free radicals, the flavonoid content can increase the body’s immune system and inhibit the clotting of blood cell chips, widen blood vessels, prevent influenza, keeping blood glucose levels because natural sugars (glucose and fructose) from the grapes to prevent a person experiencing a hypoglycemic.
